The Arma Reforger Server Browser is a third-party application that helps users find and connect to Arma Reforger game servers. The Service provides information about server status, player count, and other server-related details.

The Service now includes user accounts, server bookmarking, and player statistics tracking features.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Bohemia Interactive, the creator of Arma Reforger, or Valve Corporation, the owner of Steam.

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

The Service offers both free and premium (Pro) subscription options:

• Free Tier: Basic access to server browsing functionality with limited features.
• Pro Tier: Full access to all features, including advanced filtering, server bookmarking, player statistics, and other premium features.

By subscribing to our Pro tier, you agree to the following:

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for your subscription.
• Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled by you.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancelation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We may change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Payment processing is handled by Paddle, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service in addition to ours.

Our refund policy for Pro subscriptions is as follows:

• You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with our Service.
• For recurring subscription payments, refunds are generally not provided for partial periods.
• Refunds may be granted at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.
• Refund requests should be submitted through our website or by contacting our support team.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of finding and connecting to Arma Reforger servers, tracking player statistics, and related activities. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.

Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

• Attempting to bypass authentication systems
• Scraping or collecting data in an automated fashion
• Using the Service to harass, stalk, or harm other users
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service
• Sharing Pro tier subscription credentials or benefits with unauthorized users
• Attempting to circumvent the payment system

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. The Service may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control.

The Service depends on third-party APIs and services, including the Steam API and game servers, which may have their own availability limitations.

While we make efforts to ensure the accuracy of server information displayed, we cannot guarantee that all information is accurate or up-to-date. Server data is cached and refreshed periodically (approximately every 35 minutes).

Player statistics and history data are collected from available sources and may not represent a complete picture of all player activity.

The Service integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Authentication providers for user accounts
• Supabase for data storage
• Steam API for game-related information
• Paddle for payment processing

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to the design, code, and graphics, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Service may allow you to submit, upload, or share content. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
