Our policy regarding refunds for Axel Reforged Pro subscriptions.

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Pro subscriptions for the Arma Reforger Server Browser ("the Service"). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our third-party payment processor. This refund policy applies to purchases made through Paddle for our Service.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

This guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase and is not applicable to subscription renewals.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
  • The Service is experiencing significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing Pro features for an extended period, subject to our assessment.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a technical error.
  • Other exceptional circumstances that will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are generally not provided in the following circumstances:

  • For subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period has passed.
  • For requests made more than 14 days after your initial purchase.
  • If you have violated our Terms of Service.
  • For partial or unused periods of your subscription (pro-rated refunds).
  • If you've consumed a significant portion of the Pro features during the trial period.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Navigate to the Account Settings or Subscription section.
  3. Click on the "Request Refund" option.
  4. Complete the refund request form, providing the reason for your request.
  5. Submit the form and await our response.

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been approved, we will process it promptly through Paddle:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

7. Subscription Cancellation

Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not automatically issue a refund.
  • After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

To both cancel your subscription and request a refund (if eligible), you must follow the refund request process outlined above in addition to canceling your subscription.

8. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any changes.
